Join Our Growing Wills & Probate Team
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Junior Lawyer to join our well-established and friendly Wills & Probate Department. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified solicitor, legal executive, or junior lawyer with experience in private client work who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and highly regarded team.
The Role
Working closely with experienced practitioners, you will assist and manage a varied caseload including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Estate administration and probate matters
- Advising clients on inheritance and succession planning
- Trust administration
- Court of Protection matters
- Providing compassionate and professional advice to clients during sensitive life events
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or equivalent
- Has up to 3 years’ PQE, although all levels of relevant experience will be considered
- Has experience within Wills, Probate, Trusts, or Private Client work
- Demonstrates excellent client care and communication skills
- Is organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy workload
- Enjoys building lasting relationships with clients and colleagues
