We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paralegal to join our busy and growing Wills & Probate Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with proven experience in private client work who is looking to develop their career within a supportive and professional environment.
The Role
You will support our fee earners in managing a varied caseload, including:
- Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
- Assisting with the administration of estates
- Preparing probate applications and related documentation
- Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries and third parties
- Managing client files and maintaining accurate records
- Providing excellent client care throughout the matter lifecycle
About You
The successful candidate will:
- Have previous experience working within a Wills & Probate department
- Possess a strong understanding of probate and estate administration procedures
- Have excellent communication and client care skills
- Be highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Be able to manage competing priorities and work effectively as part of a team
