The Daily Telegraph are behind the Brain and Spine Foundation’s London Marathon fundraising efforts – for which Astle Paterson’s Liam O’Shea is taking part and raising money.
Liam, a Director and Solicitor at Astle Paterson will run the London Marathon on 24th April 2016 for the Brain and Spine Foundation following his father Danny suffering a brain tumour in his mid-40s and 20 years later a bleed on the brain.
In today’s edition of the Daily Telegraph, it was announced that former England Rugby Union hooker Brian Moore will be the Brain and Spine Foundation running team’s non-running captain.
Liam said, “The marathon will be a massive challenge for me – I intend to train hard, raise as much money as possible for this great cause and give it my all come race day.
Any money you can give in support of the Brain and Spine Foundation will be greatly appreciated by not only me, but also by the people you will help through funding the charity.”
