Astle Paterson welcomes Sarah Nash as their new Head of Wills & Probate

Astle Paterson are pleased to welcome Sarah Nash who has today joined our firm to head up our Wills & Probate department.

Martin Astle, one of the senior Directors at Astle Paterson said, “Enjoying a strong reputation for her ability to deal with complex trusts and inheritance tax planning work, Sarah handles a variety of work including Wills, probate and Court of Protection issues.

Sarah is a full member of STEP (the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners) and is on the Mencap List of Specialist Solicitors.

Before joining Astle Paterson Sarah had headed up the Private Client department at a firm of Solicitors in Derby and then immediately prior to joining Astle Paterson Sarah worked at a top Birmingham based law firm.”
