Astle Paterson support Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service’s charitable Christmas party

Astle Paterson are proud to be able to support Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service in their efforts to put on a fantastic Christmas party for children, carers who look after elderly patients and nursing teams from the local area.

The Christmas party will take place in the afternoon of Sunday 20th December 2015 at Barton under Needwood Fire Station – where the Firefighter son of Astle Paterson’s Sue Challoner (who works in Astle Paterson’s Divorce & Family Department), Simon Challoner is based.

The Firefighters have used their contacts in high places and have arranged for a visit from Santa who will arrive in his sleigh pulled by his reindeer!

The station’s community room will be festively decorated and will be equipped with Santa’s own grotto – so that the adults can enjoy a hot drink and a Christmas treat and the children will be able to meet Father Christmas and receive a Christmas gift from him (subject to whether they have been a good boy or girl throughout the year.)

In support of the event, Astle Paterson’s staff have donated festive goodies to help Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service put on a great event – including children’s chocolate selection boxes, mince pies and Christmas decorations.

From all at Astle Paterson, we hope Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service’s Christmas party will be a great way to get everybody in the community ready for Christmas.
