In recognition of the bravery, commitment and loyalty our Armed Forces continue to show to our nation and ‘for services rendered’, at Astle Paterson we have chosen to support Armed Forces Legal Action (AFLA) and offer to Armed Forces personnel a discount for our services in Conveyancing and Wills & Probate.

As a member of AFLA (which has the support of the Law Society of England & Wales) we offer a genuine 15% discount on our Conveyancing and Wills & Probate services to:-

  1. Serving HM Armed Forces personnel (regular and reserve)
  2. Those who left HM Armed Forces within the previous two years
  3. Those members of HM Armed Forces who have sustained serious combat injuries (Lifetime cover)
  4. Recipients of the Victoria Cross and the George Cross (Lifetime cover)
  5. Bereaved next of kin recipients of the Elizabeth Cross (Lifetime cover)

We are currently the only law firm in the Burton upon Trent and Derby area that supports AFLA.

Should you be a serving member of the Armed Forces or believe that you meet the other criteria and you are moving home or in the process of planning for your future then please contact Astle Paterson on 01283 531366 or at enquiries@astlepaterson.co.uk and explain that you are entitled to a discount through the AFLA scheme.
