Sue said “I am pleased to hear from the National House Building Council (NHBC) that over 10,000 more new homes had been registered up to August this year than there were during the same period last year. Last year was the strongest year for registrations of new homes since before the economic downturn and it is very encouraging for the housing market to hear that this year is exceeding that number.
Builders are feeling more confident in building new homes as the property market continues to improve.
