Procedural Changes for Documents for use in Saudi Arabia

Notaries are primarily concerned with the authentication and certification of signatures and documents for use abroad.

Following the authentication and certification of the documents we arrange for the documents to be couriered and legalised by the Foreign and Commonwealth Office who will attach an Apostille to the document and return it to us for its immediate return to you.

It is of note that as of 17thĀ March 2015 the Saudi Arabian Embassy now requires that all commercial documents sent to them for Legalisation are first certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce.

AtĀ Astle PatersonĀ we have two Notaries, Martin Astle and Jean Paterson.Ā  Should you need any documents to be notarised for use in Saudi Arabia, we will arrange for the documents to be certified by the Arab British Chamber of Commerce on your behalf before sending them for Legalisation at the Saudi Arabian Embassy.

Please contact our Notarial Department on 01283 531366 or by way of email toĀ jpaterson@astlepaterson.co.ukĀ orĀ lgreen@astlepaterson.co.uk.
