Video: Litigation, your commonly asked legal questions answered

Our legal advice video series now has a new entry taking on the field of Litigation. This subject can be fraught with uncertainty for our clients, so we sat down with our leading Litigation expert to provide a reassuring and informative resource.

In the video our Head of Litigation & Dispute Resolution, Liam O’Shea, answers some of the most commonly asked legal questions about the Litigation process. He discusses the difference between Litigation and Dispute Resolution before detailing the Litigation process step by step and explaining the measures that you can take to recover assets after the conclusion of a Trial.

Liam concludes his remarks with some words of reassurance: “Should you find yourself in a dispute, then, at Astle Paterson, we are here to guide, advise and support you”.
