Astle Paterson 2025 Equality & Diversity Report

As a law firm, Astle Paterson collates, reports, and publishes workforce diversity data to reflect the diverse makeup of our team.

The Solicitors Regulation Authority uses this information to monitor diversity across the wider legal services sector.

Astle Paterson will continue to use the data below to support our efforts in promoting diversity, and we will make it publicly available so that clients and prospective clients can factor it into their choice of law firm.

As part of the process, everyone working at the firm was invited to classify themselves against various diversity characteristics.

All members of the firm – including the owners, as well as qualified and non-qualified staff – were asked to complete the questionnaire. While participation was voluntary, 12 individuals chose to complete it.

The results of the 2025 data collection are outlined below.
