The results are in! From January to June 2016, we asked our clients what they thought of the service we provided to them. 99% of the clients who responded told us that that had been either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the overall service we provided to them and that they would recommend us to their colleagues, family and friends.
We believe the feedback to be a ringing endorsement of the high quality, approachable legal service we provide to all of our clients.
However, we are not going to rest on our laurels – we are even now thinking of ways as to how we can improve on our clients’ experience with us.
