Astle Paterson raises £1,750 for local charity St Giles Hospice through ‘Make a Will Fortnight’ 2016

In support of St Giles Hospice, Astle Paterson offered appointments free of charge to help people make or update your Will for two weeks in October 2016.  Instead of paying Astle Paterson for our professional advice, clients were asked to make a donation to St Giles Hospice.

Sarah Nash, Head of Wills & Probate at Astle Paterson said “As a local company, we are proud to support St Giles Hospice.   We have recently taken part in the Make a Will Fortnight where all the proceeds go to the St Giles fund.

This year, we are thrilled to announce that we raised £1,750.00 through the Wills that have been made.

Knowing that our knowledge and experience in making Wills can support the work carried out at St Giles and subsequently the local people that is cares for, makes our job worthwhile.”

St Giles Hospice is a local charity which provides high-quality medical and nursing care for local people living with cancer and other serious illnesses, as well as offering support for their families and helpers.  All St Giles services are provided free of charge and so they rely heavily on the support of the local community.

From all at Astle Paterson, thank you to our clients who took part and gave so generously.
