People do not like going to see solicitors about divorce, thinking it is as bad as or even
worse than going to the dentist! To help you get the feel of “being comfortable” with
us the first 40 minutes of your first interview is free of charge.
We are aware that seeking legal advice is nearly always the last resort and that you
will need sensitive but firm advice and guidance. Our service is aimed at protecting
your interests and is particularly sensitive to the needs of children. All Solicitors in the
Family Department are members of Resolution, the Family Law specialist group.
